1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by T. Waarvik at 7:28 a.m.

2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Minutes of May 20, 2026, were submitted for approval. A motion was made by
M. Brown, seconded by P. Johnson for approval. Motion carried.
3. AIRPORT MANAGER UPDATE
S. Dahl stated the AWOS project has continued to progress with electrical and component work
taking place. A fall installation is likely.
4. OTHER
A. T. Block mentioned the pavement project has been scheduled to be completed the week of July
13th.
B. T. Block stated the runway mill and overlay project for 2027 will need to be moved to 2028 due
to planning and funding availability at the recommendation of the engineering consultant.
Advisory Board recommends continuing to pursue the project for 2027 and requested the
presence of the engineer to discuss at a future meeting. T. Block will coordinate.
C. T. Block stated he has had discussions with the engineer to examine the feasibility of converting
additional unheated t-hangars to heated units.
D. T Block stated he continues to work on developing the hangar inspections for lease compliance
and fire inspections.
