Item 1 – Stop Sign at Neva and Dobson – Steve Quinn explained that a complaint came to the
committee after driver lost control of said vehicle and there were children in the vicinity. There was a
police report regarding the incident. Steve investigated the intersection and area and determined it
was cut through street with no stop signs from Harlem to Waukegan. This allows vehicles to pick up
speed without stopping. Tony Dati asked if this was an isolated incident and if the police had more
data about this intersection. Steve said he would get that information if there was any from the
police. Steve motioned to create a two way stop at the intersection of Neva and Dobson. Tony
