AGENDA CHANGES
The agenda was updated to reflect the required public hearings related to the proposed amendments to
the Fiscal Year 2026/2027 budget. Discussion followed regarding the possibility of holding a special
Council meeting on June 30 to approve the State Shared Revenue resolution and address any additional
items requiring approval, as well as to determine which agenda items could be acted upon during the
current meeting.
M. Ford also requested that the Waste Management item be moved to the first item under Old Business
as Item 7.1. City Attorney Wigod provided comments regarding the agenda amendments and noted that
public comment should be solicited for each applicable item, including those related to fees and the
supplemental budget.

connect with the City of Newberg's water system, or connecting with the City of McMinnville through
McMinnville Water & Light, which has expressed interest in a water connection and potential water
