Roll Call – Present at the meeting was 9 members from 7 Townships together with County Representatives, Scott Lirot (Williams County Commissioner), Todd Roth (Williams County Engineer), Vickie Grimm (Williams County Auditor), Kellie Gray (Willams County Treasurer), Oscar Hernandez (Williams County Health Dept), Kyle Miller (Williams County Sheriff’s Department, and John Waterston (Williams County Engineer’s office). Also present was India Kenner (Village Reporter)

Treasurer’s Report was read, Motion to approve by Mary Jo Gniewkowski (Northwest Township), 2nd by Bert Brown (Florence Township) and the motion carried.
Scott Lirot, County Commissioner, received several complaints about fiber optics going in. They are working on assisting Hillside (hole that they are in), working with consultants. EMS is not in the hole that they were in. JFS, losing money as well; we are expecting to give them money soon. We do need any more foster homes in the county. The state has dropped what they pay for in regards to food stamps, which went from 50% to 25% and put the difference on the County. Dealing with the airport, big cement job, they are looking at gas pumps – no one bidded on it, may put bid out there again in the Fall. There was a study on what was under the ce …
