The meeting minutes of May 4, 2026 were presented for review and approval. After a short discussion, on a motion made by Director Schmidt and seconded by Director Connell the minutes were approved. Motion carried.
APPROVAL OF EXPENDITURES
A presentation on expenditures was provided to the Board. After discussion, a motion was made by Director Connell and seconded by Director Salguero to approve the expenditures in the amount of $109,748.02 holding for further discussion the Shawn’s Lawns invoice to be discussed in Executive Session. Motion carried.

APPROVAL OF EXPENDITURES
A presentation on expenditures was provided to the board. After discussion, a motion was made by
Director Sklar and seconded by Director Salguero to approve the expenditures in the amount of
$6,333.20. Motion carried.

discussion, on a motion made by Director Schmidt and seconded by Director Salguero the minutes
