We'll move on to presentations. Non-aeronautical storage use. All right. So tonight we're talking about the progress we've made on non-aeronautical storage use at the airport. We are going to give a summary tonight of the policy we've drafted. The current verbiage of the policy is still under review at the city attorney's office, but we feel confident to be able to give a summary of that policy in the current standing and what the direction will look like for that. So there's six main parts of this policy. So the first part, it's applicable to any individual, organization, business, public agency for the non-aeronaut ical storage of equipment. The rental rate is currently set at 79 cents per square foot, which is outlined in the city of Petaluma's master fee schedule for the airport for non-aeronautical storage. During general public comment the public is invited to make comments on items of public interest that are within the planning commission subject matter jurisdiction and that are not listed on the current agenda. Public comments are limited to up to three minutes per person and depending on the number of persons wishing to address the planning commission time will be allocated in equal shares totaling no more than 15 minutes. With that we've opened our general public comment and I'll ask speakers to bring their cards to the clerk if they've not done so already.
