Historic & Cultural Preservation Committee: 1871 home addition at 511 Keokuk St.

On July 7, the committee held a public hearing on a proposed 184-square-foot side addition to a ca. 1871 single-family residence at 511 Keokuk St. (APN 006-151-010) in the Oakhill-Brewster Historic District. The project also includes expansion of a side raised deck and pergola and like-for-like window and finish replacement.
