Urban Renewal Agency

Housing Authority of the City of Salem
The Housing Authority Commission will hear a motion to evaluate the Salem First Keys Fund as an alternative to below-market disposition of SHA properties. City Council

Urban Renewal Agency
The Urban Renewal Agency will hold a public hearing on the FY 2027 budget recommended by the Budget Committee. The Board may amend the budget within limits but cannot increase total property tax levies. A motion to consider expanding the Salem Convention Center is also on the agenda.
