The Urban Renewal Agency approved six resolutions authorizing short-term borrowing totaling $15,350,920 for urban renewal projects across six areas, including McGilchrist, Mill Creek Industrial Park, North Gateway, Riverfront Downtown, South Waterfront, and West Salem. The board also approved the consent calendar, which included minutes, the assignment of a Union Gospel Mission grant, and advisory board appointments. All votes were unanimous (9-0).
