A regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Red Hook, Dutchess County, New York
was convened in public session at the Town Hall, 7340 South Broadway, Red Hook at 7:35pm.

Supervisor McKeon opened with the Pledge of Allegiance and reviewed the agenda.
Public Hearing - Disposition of Town of Red Hook Water District No. 1 Surplus Lots and
Acquisition Under the Town’s Community Preservation Fund Program
Supervisor McKeon stated the locations of the parcels, updated the public on the fifth parcel, and
clarified the right of refusal does not extend to the new owners, so no conveyance is necessary.

Supervisor McKeon stated he met with the adjoining landowners and there was strong support to

Sam Phelan , began the meeting at 6: 35 p m. The board members present at the Town Hall were
Arthur Salman , Jay Quaintance , and Ariadne Montare . Board member s Nancy Low-Hogan and
Maxine Coleman w ere absent. Planning Board Clerk Katie Khakhar was present in person.
Planning Board consultant s Ted Fink and Brandee Nelson were present via z oom.
Jay Quaintance made a motion to approve the meeting minutes from June 1 5 , 2026. Arthur
Salman seconded the motion and all members voted in favor.
Sam Phelan reviewed the agenda and announced that the P ublic H earing for the Old Rhinebeck
