Public Hearing - Disposition of Town of Red Hook Water District No. 1 Surplus Lots and Acquisition Under the Town’s Community Preservation Fund Program Supervisor McKeon stated the locations of the parcels, updated the public on the fifth parcel, and clarified the right of refusal does not extend to the new owners, so no conveyance is necessary.
