1. Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance
Mayor Bierce called the Public Works Committee Meeting to order at 4:00 PM. All present
were invited to rise for the Pledge of Allegiance.
2. Public Comment - Please limit your comments to two minutes. If further time for discussion
is needed, please contact your District Alderperson prior to the meeting.

3.1 Discussion and possible action to adopt Apr 23, 2026 meeting minutes
Motion was made and seconded (M. Kreiter, J. Blackwood) to approve the April
23, 2026, meeting minutes. The motion passed unanimously.
4. Water and Sewer Division
4.1 Discussion and possible action regarding Well #8 PFAS Pilot Study [Mueller/Kincaid]
Ms. Mueller presented the findings of the yearlong PFAS pilot study conducted at Well
#8. She provided background, noting that Well #8 is situated within a residential
subdivision and that a primary design constraint throughout the study was finding a
treatment solution that could fit within the …
