The Common Council approved proceeding with design and public bidding for a new Department of Public Works garage (option #5) at an estimated cost of $10.2 million, which includes refurbishing the existing garage for Parks use. The council also approved several other items: deed restriction amendments for Swan View Farms, issuance of up to $1,619,516 in sewerage revenue bonds, a sanitary sewer rate increase to $141 per quarter (not the recommended $150), a well rehabilitation contract award, preliminary resolutions for road projects, and emergency resolutions for Well #5. All votes were 5-0.

Municipal Court
The Plan Commission approved a mitigation plan for the Keith Tubin property, recommended approval of a conditional use permit for Michael's House of Prime for outdoor seating and music, and approved outdoor activity permits for four establishments. It also approved a rezoning and certified survey map for Zignego properties, and recommended approval of a conditional use permit and site plans for a repair garage, subject to conditions. No action was taken on proposed electronic message board sign ordinance amendments.
