The meeting was held at the Highgate Arena. HRC board members in attendance: Mark Gilbert, Chairman Karen Gagne Fortin, Secretary Michael Fontaine, Pro Shop Director Jes Bombard, Highgate Rec Director Allen Jacobs, Event Director Absent HRC Members: Ryan Maskell, Vice Chairman Guests: Greg Machia Jes presented the MyRec renewal invoice. A motion was made by Allen Jacobs to renew MyRec and pay the invoice of $2980. Seconded by Michael Fontaine. All in favor, motion carried.
