Approval of the Minutes from August 12, 2026 Regular Meeting of the Library
Commission
Vice Chair Guffey wanted to amend the minutes to include her suggestion of adding
the Santa Clara County Library District's Vision and Mission statement at the
opening of each meeting. It should be included after the "Call to Order." Chair
Coverson-Baxter motioned to approve the amendment. Commissioner Coughlan
seconded. Motion passed 4-0-0.

A resolution adding $95,000 in Community Facilities District funds to the Precast Concrete Fence Project was pulled and continued to a future meeting with an addendum and map.
