The Gilroy City Council approved Memoranda of Understanding with AFSCME Local 101 General and Supervisory Units for July 1, 2026–June 30, 2029, and adopted related salary schedules for those units and unrepresented employees. The council also approved the consent calendar (items 8.1–8.7, 8.9–8.12), including a policy on public comment and meeting decorum, and awarded a three-year SCADA contract to Advanced Integration & Controls for up to $450,000. Council Member Zach Hilton was absent.

quality of life for its citizens by promoting planning, acquisition, development, and
sustainability of parks, trails, cultural, historical and other recreational areas. The commission

because Parks Make Life Better.
