expiration date of February 19, 2027. This is an affordable housing project consisting
of 2 45-unit housing structures. This project must adhere to the Buy American, Build
America requirements and has been delayed due to some items needed for the
project not being available. The applicant requests a 1-year extension to February 19,

previously approved by the Planning Board in May 2025, but delays by DEP caused
the approval to expire.
7.b 2026.47 The Planning Board will review a Conditional Use Permit Application by
Blossom Retail, LLC to add adult-use marijuana sales to their existing location at 45
Boulder Way (Tax Map 2, Lot 56) in the Industrial Zone 3. Blossom Retail currently
runs and will continue to run a medical marijuana facility at this same location.
