Land Bank

The Land Bank Board accepted the Treasurer's financial report. It approved the purchase of 120 Wilson Street at the judicial sale on behalf of Sugarcreek Borough. The board also approved a dumpster rental for 1006 Maple Shade Road and authorized Ken Bryan to meet with Rich Winkler to draft a policy amendment, which will be reviewed at the next meeting. A motion to table changes to prior minutes and the motion to adjourn were both approved.
