The City of Clearfield is proposing to increase its property tax revenue.
The City of Clearfield tax on a $510,000 residence would increase from $329.87 to $351.47, which is $21.60 per year.
The City of Clearfield tax on a $510,000 business would increase from $599.76 to $639.03, which is $39.27 per year.
If the proposed budget is approved, City of Clearfield would receive an additional $233,106 in property tax revenue per year as a result of the tax increase. If the proposed budget is approved, City of Clearfield would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 6.59% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth.
