Planning Commission
The Clearfield Planning Commission will hold a regular meeting on February 19, 2025, to take action on two items: a conditional use permit for a golf driving range and restaurant complex on 9.477 acres, and an amended subdivision plat to split a 16.99-acre parcel into two lots. Both applications are submitted by Matt Gertge for properties near 1375 South 1750 East and 1845 East 1400 South in the C-2 Commercial zone. The Parks and Recreation Commission will accept a $3,000 donation from Rocky Mountain Power for improvements to recreational facilities and arts programs. Planning Commission
The Clearfield Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on January 8, 2025 to consider RZN 2024-1202, a request to rezone 1.866 acres at 460 West 1700 South from M-1 (Manufacturing) to C-2 (Commercial). The applicant, Jonathan Arbuckle, intends to develop the property for future commercial/retail use. The commission may discuss and take action on the proposal, which will also go before the City Council on February 11, 2025.
