BOARD OF SUPERVISORS STAFFORD COUNTY, VIRGINIA, MINUTES REGULAR MEETING JULY 7, 2026 CALL TO ORDER – A regular meeting of the Stafford County Board of Supervisors was called to order by Deuntay Diggs, Chairman, at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 7, 2026 in the Board Chambers, George L. Gordon, Jr. Government Center, 1300 Courthouse Road, Stafford VA. ROLL CALL – The following members were present: Deuntay Diggs, Chairman; Maya P. Guy, Vice Chairwoman; Tinesha O. Allen; Pamela Yeung; Darrell E. English; Crystal Vanuch; Kecia S. Evans. Also in attendance were Bill Ashton, County Administrator; Rysheda McClendon, County Attorney; Sukhi Purewal, Deputy Clerk; various staff members; and other interested parties. INVOCATION Ms. Vanuch led the invocation. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Mr. English led the Board in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America. CHAIR REMARKS Mr. Diggs said that he hoped everyone had a wonderful Fourth of July celebrating the nation's 250th birthday.
