The Board of Trustees met in a regular session on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, 2026, at 6:00
p.m. at the Robert C. McCleary Municipal Center located at 611 North Dunlap Avenue, Savoy,
Illinois, 61874.
1. CALL TO ORDER. The Board of Trustees meeting was called to order at 6:01 p.m. by President
Brown.
2. ROLL CALL
Village Clerk Hundley called the roll as follows:

the Planning and Zoning Commission would be presented for Board consideration at the

MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES STUDY SESSION MEETING
The Board of Trustees met in a study session on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at
the Robert C. McCleary Municipal Center located at 611 North Dunlap Avenue, Savoy, Illinois,
61874.
1. CALL TO ORDER. The Board of Trustees meeting was called to order at 6:01 p.m. by President
Brown.
2. ROLL CALL
Village Clerk Hundley called the roll as follows:
Present: President Brown and Trustees: Donaldson, Dykstra, Kanfer, Mangian, and Vavrik.
Absent: Trustee Shonkwiler.
Via Teleconference: None.
A quorum was declared.

4. PRESIDENT’S REMARKS
President Brown reminded everyone of the upcoming Martin Luther King, Jr. Day holiday,
noting that Village facilities will be closed. He also mentioned that the Village would be
hosting the Central Illinois Municipal Officials Association (CIMOA) at the Rec Center on
January 22, 2026.
