Joan Klonowski addressed her concern about the 2002 wells that are draining in Bluewater Basin and
how the community will be affected. Nick Foster commented on House Bill 9 and the different ways we
can bring jobs back to the area such as more public transportation and bringing more solar and wind
power to create more construction jobs and to save energy. Ms. Peterson mentioned that the library at
the college will be showing classic movies every 2 and 4" Friday at 1:00pm. She also addressed how
proud she is of our County Manager and all the hard work she’s done. Harry Garcia announced that he
will be running for NM State Representative for House District 69 on June 2"4.
