Good morning. Morning. Mr. Grimes, city manager, how are you today, sir? Nice to see you. All right, this is the McKinney Community Development Corporation regular meeting. It's Thursday, September 24th, the year 2026. As I read that, I realize today is my anniversary, and I've done nothing about that. It's 8 a.m. in the morning. We are in City Council Chambers at 401 East Virginia Street , McKinney, Texas, and we will start with the Pledge of Allegiance. If you would please join me. I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it stands, one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. All right. We have public comments. I don't believe anyone has signed up. Public comments. Matters regarding, matters not on the agenda. We will move to our information sharing items. The first item, 260918. 30 years of MCDC community partner spotlight. Today, we have Main Gate with us. And Tricia. Good morning. It's so wonderful to be here and not ask for money. I am just thrilled to be included in your celebration this year. You guys have had an incredible impact on Main Gate since 2010. Are you working there? I can. You have the clicker as well if you want. So, for those of you that are not familiar, Main Gate provides equine assisted therapies for children and adults with special needs, as well as military veterans and first responders. We started, we were founded in 2007 by Bill and Priscilla Darling. When they bought …
