• September 26: Roxanne attended EnergyFest at the Powerhouse and engaged over 20 youth and
their families in wire photo frame making. This was a project highlight for both the metalworking and
photography projects.
• October 1: Rachael Stucke started!
• October 6: The 4-H Team hosted Achievement Night at The Ranch with over 250 4-H members,
volunteers, and family members in attendance. Awards were presented for member and volunteer
recognition of their time in the program, as well as special awards that members and volunteers
were nominated for. Over 200 livestock and companion animal record books were submitted, and
the top two highest scores for each age division in each project were recognized. To see the full list

The Board of County Commissioners met at 3:00 p.m. with Jenny Axmacher, Planning Manager.
Chait Shadduck-McNally presided. Commissioner Kefalas and Commissioner Stephens were
present. Also present were Samantha Mott and Shalana Lysaght, Community Development; David
Pringle, Engineering; Christine Luckasen, Assistant County Attorney; and Lindsey ‘I'rachy, Deputy
Clerk.
Chait Shadduck-McNally opened the meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance.
Ms. Axmacher noted that the one tabled item on the agenda was advertised as a tabled item, so no
motion would be required.
