Supplemental Absentee/ County Canvass Minutes Davie County Board of Elections Friday, March 13, 2026 Present: Robert Raisbeck, Jr., Chairperson, Gary LeBlanc, Slayton Harpe, Luther Potts, Faye Carter, Melissa Parker, Director and Leslie Robison, Deputy Director Chairperson Raisbeck, Jr., called the Supplemental Absentee meeting to order promptly at 10:00 a.m. Director Parker presented the agenda for review. Luther Potts made a motion to approve the agenda; the motion was unanimously approved. Time was allotted for public comments; none presented. Director Parker presented information for the follow-up to the Hearing pertaining to the Voter Challenge discussed and unanimously approved to be conducted during this session. The proper procedures were initiated to resolve the matter; after a lengthy discussion it was determine that the Voter did not qualify nor have a right to vote according to the criteria for the Right to Vote, Gary LeBlanc made a motion to deny the eligibility of the Voter and remove the ballot from the abstract due to noncompliance for the right to vote. The motion was unanimously approved. Deputy Director Robison, accompanied by Director Parker, pulled the vote from the abstract and ballot box. A revised abstract tape was presented to the Board and was properly signed by each Board Member. Director Parker informed the Board there were no Supplemental Absentee Ballots to be reviewed.
