The Cloverdale City Council will hold a public hearing to receive community input on district boundaries for the transition to district-based elections, and will also receive a presentation on the Measure DD street rehabilitation program. The Esmeralda Land Company will be hosting a Town Hall regarding their proposed development at
the Alexander Valley Resort Site. The meeting will provide an opportunity to hear about the project
from the applicant, ask questions and/or make comments.
The meeting is being organized and hosted by the Esmeralda Land Company. However, because a
majority of the members of the City Council and/or Planning Commission may be in attendance, the
item is being agendized as a special meeting. There is no Live Stream or Zoom options.

This meeting is being held in compliance with the Brown Act as it is anticipated a majority of the City Council will be in
