The Board will hold a public hearing and first reading of Ordinance No. 20, which would repeal Ordinance 16 and establish regulations banning open fires. the same manner as applications for a new marijuana license, administratively
by the Chair of the Local Licensing Authority without public hearing or the need
for public comment unless the Licensee has had complaints filed against it, has
a history of violations, or there are allegations against the Licensee that could
constitute Good Cause, in which case a public hearing on the transfer of
ownership application may be set at a later date.
