MEETING OF THE BOARD OF EQUALIZATION (BOE)
Clerk Loni Gores called the meeting to order at 9:07 a.m., Wednesday, October 21, 2026. Present were
Gordon Gibbs, Thomas Swanson, Scott Clausen and John Teichert (alternate). Guest attending were

The following oath was administered to the BOE Members:
We do solemnly swear or affirm that we will perform our duties as members of the County Board of
Equalization in a fair and impartial manner.
