Principal Shopping District

Board of Appeals
The Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing and decide on two requests for zoning relief. At 21 W 26th Street, a special exception and variance are needed to build a new home with reduced side and front setbacks on a sub-standard lot. At 473 W 22nd Street, a variance is requested for a home addition set back only 3.1 feet where 16 feet is required. The board may grant, deny, or modify the requests.

HBPW Board of Directors - Study Session
