Town Council

Town Council
The Town Council will consider a consent agenda with multiple items, including approving development contracts and 99-year ground leases with Community Home Trust and Habitat for Humanity for the Homestead Gardens affordable housing development. The Council will also discuss campaign contribution limits, receive an update on Complete Community implementation, and review the Land Use Management Ordinance update. Planning Commission

Historic District Commission

The commission will also interview a candidate and discuss proposed updates to design standards and levels of review.
