Electronic Good evening, everyone. Welcome to Chapel Hill Town Councils October 28th Work session. We are pleased to have you join us tonight Meeting has been called Smith specifically to allow council additional time to focus on the draft land use management ordinance or Lumo with specific focus on a set of recommendations from the planning commission before we will be. Before we begin, as I trip over My words, we want to remind our audience that the format of a work session is different than of our business meetings. Even though we are not in the library but we're still in a work session nonetheless. Work sessions are an opportunity for the council to dive more deeply into specific topics. These meetings are more conversational and less formal. Finally, we value public input and we do want to hear from you. There'll be opportunities for the public to speak at upcoming business meetings. Our next regular meeting is scheduled for Wednesday November 18th at 6 p.m. here. Another way to give us your input is by emailing us at mayor and council at Chapel Hill and Sidcup Before we get started i have two quick announcements to share. First, we wanted to express our gratitude to Chief Leahy and members of the Chapel Hill Police Department for their commitment and tireless work to bring justice for the Hedgepeth family This past week, the trial concluded with a conviction. While nothing can bring her back, we continue to think about her family and are thankful that they now have some …

If one of us did not do that you would not have an opportunity to come back again on this. So before we get started which direction would you like to go or would you like to go tonight or would you like to wait ? Well, you said you had five. It's all 6 or 5. All six. If Six and 7. Well right, I. You are late. We have six. And so we can pass this tonight If we have a six vote. Four? Yeah And or do they just wants to go ahead and get this done. So I the facts aren't going to change between now and next month. So i think I'll just go ahead. OK, great Happy to hear that So let me go …
