It's a recognition of Sheila Brees, controller for the city of Edmond, and the entire finance team on a recent achievement and awards. Ms. Panis, are you coming forward? Within the last three months, Sheila's been recognized at the state and national level with three distinguished achievements. Second, she's been named to the Government Finance Officers Association as the executive leadership board. And then she's also been awarded a GFOA recognition for outstanding public service.
