Project, located on Route 31 in Mount Pleasant, PA. The Change Order grants TBI Contracting, Inc. a time

establishing a new project completion date of September 30, 2026. The extension is necessary because the
contractor requires a window of four (4) consecutive rain-free days to properly complete the work on each

The meeting was called to order at 9:00 a.m. The following Board Members attended the meeting:

The Chairperson called the meeting to order and made a motion to approve the Minutes from the
June 11, 2026 Public Meeting. The motion was approved by Member Hamilton and seconded by
Member Galbraith. The motion was carried unanimously.
The Chief Assessor gave the following report.
The Duplicate for school taxes was locked.
The Deputy Chief Assessor had no report.

WESTMORELAND COUNTY BOARD OF ASSESSMENT APPEALS
The meeting was called to order at 9:00 a.m. The following Board Members attended the meeting:

Also, in attendance were Casey Shoup , Deputy Chief Assessor , Darrell Arbore, Solicitor , Camdon
Porterfield , Chief Assessor and Barb Moffe , Secretary via phone conference.
The Chairperson called the meeting to order and made a motion to approve the Minutes from the
May 14 , 202 6 Public Meeting. The motion was approved by Member Hamilton and seconded by
Member Galbraith . The motion was carried unanimously.
The Chief Assessor gave the follo wing report.
The Duplicate for school taxes will be locked in a couple weeks.
The Deputy Chief Assessor had no report.
