Ms. Inman expressed concerns regarding repeated miscommunications and a lack of transparency from both the property management company and the owner. She stated that residents were promised new units but were never provided with them. Ms. Inman also raised concerns about an overdue water bill totaling approximately $900,000 owed to the Village.
