The Village of Elwood Finance Committee's regular meeting on July 28, 2026, at 4:00 p.m., was called to order
by Finance Director Robbie Day.

The meeting minutes from June 23, 2026, were presented and reviewed. Committee Member Lab moved to

The unpaid invoice report for $143,510.52 was presented and reviewed. Committee Member Lab made a

Committee Member Lopez motioned to modify the Community Days Committee Meeting minutes for May 20, 2026.
Committee Member Walsh seconded the motion. All Community Days Committee Members present voted in favor of
the motion. Motion carried.

Call to Order
The Meeting of the Village Board of Trustees, Village of Elwood, January 7, 2026, at 7:00 pm,
was called to order by Village President Doug Jenco.
Role Call
Present: Village Board President Doug Jenco, Village Board Trustee Tricia Maas, Michael
Varman, June Eastman, Dorothy Eppenstein, Darryl Lab, and Doug Mytnik

The Village of Elwood Finance Committee's regular meeting , February 24, 2026, at 4:00 p.m., was called to
order by Finance Director Day.
Present: Finance Director Robbie Day, Committee Members Doug Jenco & Doug Mitnik, and Village
Administrator Fred Hayes
Absent: Darryl Lab
PRESENTATION OF MINUTES
The meeting minutes from January 24, 2026 , were presented and reviewed. Committee Member Jenco
moved to approve the minutes of January 24, 206, as presented. Committee Member Mitnik seconded the
motion. The motion carried.
PRESENTATION OF BILLS – UNPAID INVOICE REPORT
The unpaid invoice report for $161,996,96 was presented and reviewed. Committee Member Mitnik made a
motion to send the Unpaid Invoice Report to the Village Board for consideration on March 4, 2026 .
Committee Member Jenco seconded the motion. The motion carried.
PRESENTATION OF BILLS – PAID INVOICE REPORT
The paid invoice report from 01/27/2026 through 02/04/2026 and 02/06/2026 through 02/26/2026 for
$68,511.15 was presented and reviewed. Committee Member Jenco made a motion to send the Paid Invoice
Report as presented to the Village Board for consideration on March 4, 2026. Committee Member Mitnik
seconded the motion. The motion carried.
