Notice is hereby given that the Cedar City Council at its meeting of July 8, 2026, passed the following ordinance:
1. Ordinance No. 0708-26 An Ordinance approving the Development/Deferral Agreement with Bentley C. Hugie Living Trust for property located at 2411 W 580 N (Horse Alley), Cedar City Utah.
2. Ordinance No. 0708-26-1 An Ordinance amending 35-10 prohibiting parking near the intersection of 600 South and 1100 West.
Said Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon posting on the State of Utah Public Notice Website.
A copy of said ordinance may be seen and/or purchased at the office of the Cedar City Recorder, 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah.
