The AMERICAN FORK CITY is proposing to increase its property tax revenue.
The AMERICAN FORK CITY tax on a $502,000 residence would increase from $394.27 to $427.68, which is $33.41 per year.
The AMERICAN FORK CITY tax on a $502,000 business would increase from $716.86 to $777.60, which is $60.74 per year.
If the proposed budget is approved, AMERICAN FORK CITY would receive an additional $660,000 in property tax revenue per year as a result of the tax increase.
