LOGAN CITY
The LOGAN CITY is proposing to increase its property tax revenue.
The LOGAN CITY tax on a $530,000 residence would increase from $257.10 to
$316.28, which is $59.18 per year.
The LOGAN CITY tax on a $530,000 business would increase from $467.46 to
$575.05, which is $107.59 per year.
If the proposed budget is approved, LOGAN CITY would receive an additional
$1,360,000 in property tax revenue per year as a result of the tax increase. If the proposed budget is approved, LOGAN CITY would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 22.95% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth.

The Municipal Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, not before 5:30 p.m. in the Municipal Council Chambers, 290 North 100 West, Logan, Utah, to consider the following:
1. TENTATIVE adoption of the budgets for fiscal year 2026-2027, including the water and sewer funds, electric fund, environmental health fund, general fund, library fund, capital improvement fund, and other funds.
