Thank you. Seeing none. Thank you. consider a fox den there was some that were collapsed so they might have been old ones but again that's what we noticed while we were out there so it could be a possibility that they're out there but again we didn't see any conclusive evidence the neighbor has submitted various videos of this is not on the applicant's property this is on the neighbor's property but just to show that there is evidence that there are foxes this video right here one thing to note is the black stripe that goes along the back and down the tail of the fox this is a characteristic of the gray fox much more than the kit fox and that's what this argument is is that there are kit foxes that have been spotted in the area but due to these images it really does look like that that's more of a gray fox and again those are more common in the area this is the second video submitted and again you can see the distinct black stripe along its back and down along the back side of the tail again this is very a common characteristic of a gray fox and not of a kit fox and then final video this one is in black and white but again you can still see the black stripe along their back and again down their tail and this one to note there is a fox that's on the right hand side of the screen you can see it jumping up onto a pole and then onto a table immediately after again that is very much more characteristic of a gray fox because they like to hide up in trees uh kit boxes do not have th …

Thank you. missions, you apply. You put in for it as a process. And I got a pretty good surprise when I received a letter from George Dunlap, the new president of NACO, where they have appointed me on their Veterans Military Services Advisory Council. So I think I was pretty excited about that. Not even applied for it. And they put me on it. And they talk about how I've been unwavering in my commitment. And I think those of you who know me, I'm pretty stubborn. And so I keep going. So maybe it paid off. But I'm really excited to be that. And I will be bringing this, ask Israel to bring this back to the board as an agenda item so the board can solidify it that this is one of my assignments for the next year. And the last thing I have is I received a phone call from a friend that some people were calling him in panic because they were in the middle of an immigration process. And they needed a document from the sheriff's office that they already had. But for whatever reason, the process was changed and immigration was not accepting that. And these people who had less than 24 hour notice, and they were looking at being denied. So Elizabeth, I want to thank her. She's brand new. And she's my rep. And she did an amazing job on this. I called her and she started making contact. The people could not just actually accurately describe to us what they needed. So she called the attorney and got the information. And then I spoke with the undersheriff Sigley and the sheriff bureau and the …

Thank you. I'll see you next time. Yeah. Good morning, and welcome to the August 4th meeting of the Tulare County Board of Supervisors. We will begin our meeting this morning with a Pledge of Allegiance, followed by a moment of silence, and Supervisor Townsend, would you lead us? I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. Thank you. All right. Our next item is Board of Supervisors matters, and I will start to my left with Supervisor Vanderpool. Thank you, Madam Chair. Well, a couple things just to go over. First and foremost, those of you who have been seeing the news, the community of Earlymark has been facing some very difficult water issues over these last few weeks. They've had some well malfunction and some wells go down that are the major suppliers for the community's water. This past weekend, I wanted to thank Assemblywoman Alexander Macedo for coordinating a water distribution that was contributed by Walmart. They were able to give out water to about 500 households in need. And I know that State Senator Hurtado has also been working diligently on securing some additional state funding to help shore up some of the water issues. The repairs have been completed. And the main well that was down should be back online. I'm hopeful that the PUD will get the water supply situation straightened out because I know there are some significant impacts …

Good morning. Let's call this meeting to order. Is there any public comment agency and uh Shane Smith wanted me to come talk to you. We have an agreement with Kuia Delta that's going to go before their board early August and he wanted to talk to you about that himself, but he's got a Stapleton concert, so he couldn't make it today. Um, so we all have priorities. Um, so, uh, we just wanted to talk to you briefly during this period and maybe even come back to you next time. Uh, wouldn't have time to talk to you before the agreement goes into place. Um just a little bit of background and then I'll let my associate here Emily talk to you a little bit more about the ordinance update we're doing to the flood control ordinance as well. So about a year ago uh project in goan was going forward to a final map and uh done most of the construction and then uh they found out there wasn't quite the setback they wanted for access for an actually one of our easements which Kuia Delta is maintaining. Um so we found out there's no agreement in place throughout the county with Kawia Delta on how those things are to be maintained. Uh so that's the starting point of why we started this agreement. But we also do not typically I mean we have the tenative map process where we do interact with the irrigation districts but by the time the final map is done those conditions are in place and no more interaction is really required at that point. Um this agreement does spell out the communication levels t …

We've had it since 2019. So, it's been around for a few years now and it's done a great deal of good. But, it's funded through the greenhouse gas reduction fund and there have been some changes on that in that arena of late that are jeopardizing the uh the program as a whole.
