City Commission

Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting
The Planning and Zoning Commission will decide on a rezone application (2026-03) for Block 15, Lots 7-12 of Gamble Addition from R-2 to R-3 multi-family residential. This is a reconvened session from May 26, and the commission will review parking plans, a letter from the college, and engineering plans before voting.

City Commission Work Session
The City Commission will hear a presentation from the Rural Labor & Economic Development Corporation (RLEDC) proposing a no-cost partnership offering up to 120 hours of pro bono services annually. Commissioners will also discuss the FY27 budget. No formal votes are expected at this work session.
