The regular board meeting was called to order at 9:10 a.m.

Minutes
The May 1, 2026 special board meeting minutes were reviewed. Ms. McKee asked
about the minutes from the previous audit & finance committee meetings and when
they will be approved. Mr. Donnelly advised that we could schedule one ahead of the
next regular meeting in August. Ms. McKee asked about the April financials and was
advised they would be sent to the board. A correction was requested to change
insight to oversight in item 2. Ms. McKee asked where the language was going to be
updated as indicated in the minutes. Mr. Donnelly noted it refers to the treasurer
having quarterly check-ins with CFO for Hire. Ms. McKee asked about the bylaw
updates. Mr. Miller advised they have been updated.
Seamus Donnelly made a motion to approve the May 1, 2026 minutes with
the noted correction.
Andy Ross seconded the motion.
Hon. Noreen McKee opposed, motion carried.
