Planning Board
The Planning Board is gathering feedback on a draft of Article 10 of the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO), which focuses on violations and enforcement. The board is also reviewing a draft of Article 4 regarding the zoning map and the creation of new residential districts to replace antiquated 'Legacy Districts'.

Council Regular Meeting
The Leland Town Council will hear a special public comment period on the idea of establishing voting districts. The council will also discuss a potential property exchange and consider a consent agenda that includes a design-build agreement for the Sturgeon Creek Boardwalk and Dock, a managed IT services contract, performance guarantees for Brunswick Forest subdivisions, a $900,000 budget amendment for GASB reporting, adoption of financial policies, and updates to the planning and zoning fee schedule.
