We are pretty good in terms of hiring right now. And I'm sure, you know, we'll continue to have a need for hiring. But right now we're in really, really good shape with that and had a lot of hires since June. We. Actually had a makeup biometric screening and flu fair in September. And before we had that, we actually sent out packets, wellness packets to all individuals on our health, on our health care insurance to let them know what they still needed to accomplish for their wellness incentives. And I believe I had mentioned to you all that we are encouraging our employees to take care of their health and go to their health center. So we are encouraging them to do that. They're primary care physician. And that is the requirement for them to get the preferred health insurance rate, which in 2027 will be $40.
