2026 GOAL UPDATE
Council President Padgett recognized Jonathan Tullos, City Administrator, to provide a status update on
the 2026 Goals. Mr. Tullos presented the Council with a comprehensive list of annual goals. He noted
that the goal for the library study has been completed, and a copy of the study is included in each Council
Member’s packet for review. Mr. Tullos reminded the Council that the study’s purpose was to assess the
current library situation and provide information to assist with future planning.
Mr. Tullos also stated that several other capital outlay cost studies are in progress, and he expects to have

Quarter Two Goals. Mr. Tullos presented the Council with a comprehensive list of annual goals and
proceeded to update the Council on each goal’s progress for the second quarter.
Mr. Tullos provided a list of Board appointments by district for the current term. He noted that the previous
administration had preferred to approve appointments as a slate. The only statutory requirement at this time is
