FEBRUARY 2, 2026 COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES BOROUGH OF COLLINGSWOOD, NJ A regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners was held at the Borough of Collingswood Community Center at 30 W. Collings Avenue at 7:00 P.M. Mayor Daniela Solano-Ward called the meeting to order, with Commissioner M. James Maley present and Commissioner Amy Henderson Riley present. Mayor Daniela Solano-Ward read the Sunshine Notice stating that the Borough has complied with provisions of the Sunshine Law by adopting before January 10 of this year, a resolution prescribing the dates, times and locations of all regular meetings of the Commission. Mayor Daniela Solano-Ward led the Pledge of Allegiance. The Commissioners made a motion to approve the December 28, 2025 minutes and the following reposts: Tax Collector, Municipal Court, and Zoning Official. Proclamation: Black History Month, African Americans and the Arts Mr. Michael Jefferson, Director of Culture and Climate for the Collingswood School District, accepted the proclamation and spoke on behalf of the school district, highlighting that 2026 marks the centennial of the national movement to honor Black history.
