The City Council adopted the FY 2026-27 mid-cycle budget and made appropriations. It also approved the temporary appointment of a CalPERS retired annuitant prior to the 180-day waiting period. All consent agenda items were approved, including agreements for T-Mobile, legislative advocacy, school resource officer services, roof repairs, and water main acceptance.
