15TH Day of the July Term. The Commission Met Pursuant to Adjournment. Present were
Presiding Commissioner Randy Ruzicka, Associate Commissioner Mark Marberry along with
Deputy County Clerk, Michele Gatzemeyer. Associate Commissioner Cory Ford was absent from
today’s meeting.

24TH Day of the April Term. Commission Met Pursuant to Adjournment. Present were Presiding
Commissioner Randy Ruzicka, Associate Commissioner Cory Ford, along with Deputy County
Clerk, Michele Gatzemeyer. Associate Commissioner Mark Marberry was absent from today’s

*Mr. Schmieder noted that it is the intent of R&B to Chip Seal this Tuesday and
Wednesday.
*Mr. Schmieder reported that ‘work’ needs to be completed on Smith & Westover; Scott

Mr. Scott Schmieder, R&B Foreman, appeared before the Commission to provide report for
today’s meeting. Following were the items reported:
*Mr. Schmieder noted ‘issue’ with ‘Boom Mower’. Bolt broke off of ‘frame’;
Representative from ‘vendor’ has been contacted.
*Mr. Schmieder noted that R&B Department focusing on ‘Potholes’ and necessary
repairs to the same.
*Work being done on ‘Tar Pot’; Mr. Schmieder is waiting to order ‘oil’; Mr. Schmieder
noted that there is no reason to order ‘oil’ until said ‘equipment’ is repaired.
*The Commission will inspect ‘County Roads’ on Thursday Afternoon along with Mr.
Scott Schmieder, R&B Foreman. Mr. Schmieder requested ‘inspection’ so that ‘evaluation’ of
roads that need necessary repairs can be addressed.
