Associate Commissioner Cory Ford was absent from today’s meeting. THE MEETING WAS CALLED TO ORDER BY PRESIDING COMMISSIONER RUZICKA AT 8:15 A.M. THE MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING THAT WAS HELD ON THURSDAY, AUGUST 20, 2026 WERE READ. COMMISSIONER MARBERRY MADE A MOTION TO APPROVE SAID MINUTES AS PRESENTED.
