The Ste. Genevieve County Commission approved $324,824.85 in accounts payable and entered two closed sessions during its Aug. 13 meeting, according to official minutes. All votes were unanimous.
Aug. 13 meeting: payments and closed sessions
The commission approved the minutes of the Aug. 10 meeting and the agenda for Aug. 13, both unanimously. It then approved accounts payable totaling $324,824.85, also unanimously.
The board entered an emergency closed session at 9:41 a.m. for contracts, exiting at 10:11 a.m. A second closed session for litigation and contracts began at 10:16 a.m. and ended at 11:30 a.m. Both entries and exits were unanimous.
During the meeting, the commission received updates on the courthouse roof project, FEMA mitigation, and YMCA HVAC issues. No other substantive decisions were recorded.
