Wilson explained that her presentation was based on what she understood the Council was interested in, she walked through slides to answer their questions. She clarified that she wouldn't discuss the contents of the franchise agreement but focus on what the City's experience might be with Ziply as a community partner. Wilson outlined their discussion topics: who they are at Ziply Fiber, benefits of fiber investment in the community, build goals, next steps if partnering, and what partnership might look like through construction for residents.
